Please consider our terms and conditions before making your booking. Knockalla Caravan & Camping Park is a family run establishment and our residents and guests safety and enjoyment is important to us, so to ensure you’re own and the other guests enjoyment please adhere to these.
BOOKING:
To guarantee your stay with us advanced booking is essential. The quickest and easiest way of doing this is to contact reception on 00353 74 9159108.
At time of booking a deposit must be given to secure your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable however if you contact us within 14 days of arrival we can offer to amend your booking to another date subject to availability and must be within current season.
As we are a holiday park we cannot accommodate those using caravans for commercial or employment purposes. Right of admission is strictly reserved.
ARRIVAL / CHECKOUT:
Please check in at reception when you arrive. You may arrive on site from 2p.m. on day of arrival. If you are arriving later than 8p.m. please advise reception by calling us on 00353 749159108. Guests must vacate their pitch by 12p.m. on day of departure or rebook by 10a.m.
EARLY CHECK OUT:
If for whatever reason you decide to check out early, we are not obliged to refund any remaining nights stay.
LATE CHECK OUT:
If you require a late check out please let us know and if it is available we can, at a cost arrange this.
NOISE & TRAFFIC:
We ask that you respect other guests and do not disturb them late at night or early in the morning. We do not permit noise later than 11p.m. Guests are responsible for the behaviour of their visitors. Visitors must leave by 11p.m. Fires are strictly prohibited.
On entering and driving around the park residents and their guests must adhere to the speed limits of 10mph. Children are at play and on bicycles so due care must be shown at all times.
TOILETRY:
Chemical units to be emptied at disposal point at rear of toilet block. Removal of hot water from washrooms is prohibited. Leave toilet and showers as you would wish to find them.
PETS:
We will only accept pets that are well behaved. All dogs must be kept on a lead within the park and be supervised at all times. They must also be cleaned up after inside and outside the park and waste disposed of appropriately. Pets are the responsibility of their owner.
LIABILITY:
We do not accept any liability for your vehicles or personal belongings while on site. These are left at owners’ risk. Any damage to any of the buildings or park in any way caused by a visitor or their guest will be prosecuted and face immediate eviction.
Children must be supervised at all times by parents or guardians; we do not accept any responsibility for any injury that may happen. Recreational facilities are at user’s risk.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY: REDUCE – REUSE – RECYCLE
We are an outdoor facility and in keeping with that we urge you to ensure you dispose of your waste correctly. Recycling is a great way of saving energy and conserving the environment. It is important to the natural environment and us. There are recycling bins provided at the rear of the toilet block, please separate your waste and make use of these. Please help us to keep the park LITTER FREE.
